Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmaps, and impact against the goal of building India's largest crypto investment platform
• Study consumer product journeys, research & understand the competitive landscape in the region to build relevant product-market fit & be leading voice of the customer
• Translate business goals to detailed feature requirements
• Define, lead, and execute a holistic strategy to work towards strategic business goals; collaborate across functions(business, engineering, design).
• Define product metrics, and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.

Qualifications

• The overall experience of 3+ yrs in product management in a tech-led company (consumer internet space is preferred). Blockchain, Finance experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, can break down big, complex problems into smaller, solvable chunks
• Be driven and guided by data and is willing to experiment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles thinking
• Good understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps
• Proven ability in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
• Team player -ability to interface and build relationships at all levels internally and externally
